SPEAKOFTHEDEVIL (trap 5) is the one that takes the eye in this contest in the hope he can negotiate the opening turns without any serious grief. Flowerpot Fire (trap 4) needs to make a move sooner rather than later but has the speed to do so. Knockna Lola (trap 6) can soon be in the mix but may always be playing a supporting role.

Demand is expected to be high for HIGHBURY GOLD (trap 5) hence the odds on reward won't be too attractive. On form though, he is very hard to oppose. Jeli Flash Bang (trap 3) could well be the subject of market attention as he has a solid-enough chance. Foxy Biscuit (trap 1) could be in there pitching at the business end if getting the run of things.

ROSEVILLE LOLA (trap 5) appears to hold all the aces against these opponents and, as a consequence, will be sent off at short odds but is hard to oppose. Further success can't be ruled out for Stella Bella (trap 3) after that recent strike. Granree Jessie (trap 1) may only be able to muster enough of a challenge to take out third.

It's hard to go knocking the recent win of HYPER HOLLY (trap 2) and a similar performance to that may well suffice today. Mollies First (trap 5) can beat the postman to work and will be looking to stamp authority on matters. Moaning Agassi (trap 1) should be back in the winner's enclosure soon if not today.

All roads point to SNOOZING STAR (trap 4) delivering the goods and it should prove something of a formality if she makes a reasonable start and is soon prominent. Bookys Allin (trap 3) has a decent-enough chance and has the selection to beat. The recent success of Trapstyle Tee (trap 5) is fresh in the memory.

The claims of VITAL LAST HIT (trap 2) look pretty obvious in this line-up and his backers will be extremely hopeful he can grind these rivals into submission. The downgrade for Swift Charming (trap 3) has been noted and he can keep the selection true throughout. The recent victory of Killeheen Bridie (trap 6) catches the eye and she shouldn't be far away.

So far as this contest goes, the qualifying trials of AERO PENNY (trap 5) speak loudly and she can win on debut providing she isn't fazed by the occasion. Laughil Dec (trap 2) is a leading contender and he can be in the thick of the action when it matters. Roseville Adele (trap 1) could soon be in full flow and would be no back number if that's the case.

There's a good few punters that like getting stuck into a short one and GLENSHEE (trap 5) fits the bill as one of those with standout chances today. Foxwood Cardi (trap 2) will be up for the challenge and can give the selection plenty to think about. Gusty Boo (trap 3) could be a value alternative, especially to boost the exotic pools.

The price of CROSSFIELD BREDA (trap 4) is likely to reflect her chances and it will be disappointing if she can't get the job done with a trouble-free run. Graphics Gallery (trap 3) should be in the thick of things at the line and is afforded plenty of respect. Deanridge Linxs (trap 1) is clearly a force to be reckoned with in this class.

The form of SLOWLANE JENNY (trap 6) is gathering momentum following seasonal break and she should prove too good here. Mustang Ferrari (trap 2) is a big threat even if having scant course knowledge to call upon. Endova Dancer (trap 1) is likely to be fair odds but it wouldn't be a surprise if she ran above them.

TEACHERS TORNADO (trap 1) will need a bit of good fortune early but she is capable of bossing proceedings at the business end of the contest if getting it. Skeard Jim (trap 4) gets an easier opening and it should trigger an improved performance. Ambitious Avicii (trap 3) may get involved if avoiding early crowding.

There may be no holding SLOWLANE SLIPPY (trap 5) back here as she should just need to sidestep the trouble spots to get the job done. Patsy Rules (trap 6) is a popular runner who should keep the selection honest for the entire race. The latest race of Ascot Maisie (trap 2) is fresh in the mind and she is not out of it.
